debian 10 minimum requirements is 128mb ram.
then it really makes sense to have such small packages run on OVZ / LXC instead , i.e. much more can be sold on the node
Node40---netboot.xyz(boot)--ubuntu20.04--768M--- lead to (Boot hard disk) error

hi, boss. my ip just lost connection totally, got all red in all locations of ping.pe. Here is my ticket #928661. Thanks.
Anyone noticed Virmach's new homepage? It's pink!
Thanks for creating a ticket so quickly and also replying here. Once I finish fixing my sarcasm indicator I'll get back to you on that one. I see you have another ticket that's been waiting longer though so I'll get to that one first. I'm assuming your service is still offline then since that ticket is still open?
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate your information. And wish u a good day.
It's salmon, which is kind of fishy.
They probably rented several new ipv4 subnets and these smaller plans subsidize part of the costs. After subsidizing much of their operating costs they can slowly sell regular priced and bigger packages.
With these low ram plans, it's difficult to use a lot of cpu. It's probably assumed that people who do require 8 GB of ram will have a constant workload and those going with the smaller plans are mostly idling/running something lightweight such as vpn.
I still like the blue VirMach
ok , I got your point, that ticket just closed. And due to that experience I don't know how long will be the response period about the ticket, that why I've posted my ticket number here.
It's going to be Neapolitan soon. I mainly changed it to piss that guy off that made fun of the last change.
What you're describing wouldn't really make sense and we most likely wouldn't be able to fix that on our end, are you saying it's GFW blocked? If it otherwise just dropped like that there are a few very rare possibilities but there are other more common issues a hundred times more likely, you should look into that yourself first before we get to your ticket as it may take time.
people r urgent to know about VirMach in HK which means your decision is absolutely catching a great amount of users. At least this makes VirMach known for more people.
hostloc has 125603 users, so there are 125403 MJJ remaining, enjoy tsunami of ticketwork orders
I don't think the problem is came from GWF blocked. In my attachment of the ticket, ping.pe shows the ip lost connection in all locations. I know here is not the place for describe things like that, so I will wait a response from the ticket. Thanks boss.
good news: IPv6 is coming

bad news: Hong Kong is leaving
dont see the advantage of HK, maybe SG is better.
@VirMach could we expect the 8GB plan to still adhere to this?
The 512MB Migration Special VPS can migrate to Hongkong
all RYZEN sold out, any more coming?
Maybe for the general audience, indeed. But I've had better routing and fewer latency while using HK with some ISPs in Asia.
yes i believe SG has some balanced all round latency towards India etc, to cater for wider audience.
Absolutely, don't do Hong Kong.
It's a huge pile of mess. More like a burning house really.
If you are planning on another location in asia, do it in country like Singapore, Taiwan, perhaps Vietnam, India, etc.
Node40 ----Almalinux8.4 BOOT ISO--centos7 Perfect operation
When will SJKVM12 migrate to the new node? The email says it will be migrated on March 23rd.
I can move it right now if you want just get everyone together.
according to history, each provider in hong kong enjoyed a huge wave of DDoS, I think virmach can't avoid it too.
still remember one of my favourite provider(not in LET)has to exit scam because of huge DDoS wave:(
Oh right that'd be a good way to cause huge overages.
