How long does it take to solve the machine problem, those irrelevant officers do not need to explain deliberately

Thanks for the reply. Can you please advise which ISOs work? So far I have tried Almalinux 8.4-8.5, Ubuntu 20.04-21.04 as well as CentOS8 ISO. None of those 5 have worked. Cheers
I also don't understand why every ticket reply from @virmach is only done by a machine and there is no meaningful completion, whereas here it is answered by you. Even though it's easy to do, However, no significant progress has been made in solving the problem.

TYOC039 is ready and seems stable. CPU + I/O stress test maxing out the CPU only bring up the CPU temperature to around 72C with it idling at 35C. NVMe is hanging around 30-50C while being used which is far below the max temperature. No errors or warnings at all in system logs. This is good so far, if we run into issues then we know that it's definitely related to virtualization but I have high hopes and it seems like TYOC040 just may need a motherboard replacement.
I'm going to sync templates now and try to break it a few more times, and if all goes then I'll start re-deploying everyone here.

Alright guys, looks like this is more complicated than I thought.
The more I look into it, the more this looks like a kernel bug, dating back to quite some time, and supposedly "fixed" with a lot of patches, but re-appears. Our firmware on the NVMe is up to date (not that they release anything for Linux) and everything looks normal. I'm going to be testing every variation in the office again to see what works.

What about requesting a refund for yourself? Most guys here, chasing the sales, don't care much about the delivery date.
Personally, it is VirMach-y himself that most worries about the delivery time, as the billing from DC is on and counting.
If you want a full refund and cancellation, just create a ticket.
Yep, and honestly I'm probably the most excited about all this because I've spent most the hours of my recent life on the project over the last year. So when it finally reaches this stage and something unexpected happens that's outside of my immediate control, right at the finish line, it's definitely upsetting.
I'm hoping I can find a solution quickly though, that can be pushed out without major physical changes to the existing servers.
I'll try to send out the Gen3 servers so they arrive this week as well, in case Gen4 continues to provide challenges.
