I want to offer a low-end VPS in decent Node ( so can't expect high score in YABS etc ) 
in Singapore (Only 1, so first come first serve )

HDD 20 GB
Not Allowed for Tunnel , Torrent, Mailing or any abuse. if get caught no refund!!!
PS : It's not instant for the VPS Setup, after you order please open ticket for what OS that you want to install .

Yup, that's the thing. 100mbps unmetered, so we're looking for around 30TB/month.
The only ones are as @Brend4n mentioned Contabo who are like 1.5$ cheaper and not 2$/month!
So my question is still unanswered, where are those "lots of providers who want 2$/month " in SG for 30TB/month as @frakass said?
Except for contabo, billyriantono is offering an exceptionally good deal for that location, so don't trash the guy.

100mbps unmetered at this price is cheap. Bandwidth in Singapore is expensive.
