Alright I'm starting a new rule: for every person who opens a ticket asking for a status update on their pre-order, I get a little bit sad inside.
Just reply to your ticket with the transaction ID and you will be refunded, we're not trying to take your money and then lock you out of your account. If you forgot both the email and password on an account that has a pre-order that's not even activated yet, that's the best course of action.
At this point I already feel VirMach is very sad and disappointing... Providing services at very low price, yet still have to deal with some entitled people

I hope that this pre-order will have a SolusVM username. Before the black friday purchase of the VPS, a ticket was issued and said that it could not be provided.
Read the last two pages of someone arguing with me over having an email mismatch between WHMCS user and account. Now multiple that by SolusVM accounts having different usernames and different emails than the account and the WHMCS user.
It's just not feasible, plus its also a security risk as well with the way they get traded.
If you have some better well thought out idea let me know.

Need some feedback from people getting Amsterdam storage:
For those of you who have pre-ordered Amsterdam storage, would you rather add an extra week or so of wait and have me troubleshoot and potentially swap out the motherboard to keep it on the AMD Epyc, or would you prefer I just revert it to the Dual E5 and send it out sooner?
I'll still evaluate it as I would on my end and make a decision but I'd like to hear from you guys since you'll be directly affected one way or another.
