I already have one VPS in Amsterdam, bought back at BF 2018, but it has a small storage. If I decide to buy a storage plan in Amsterdam too, what would be the best way to use that storage for the old VPS i.e. "merging" them, in order to host nextcloud or rocket chat for example?
Na,different situation.IP ping fail cant do anyting.
Securely Sharing Storage with NFS by @Daniel15
I've been doing this since 2020 with another provider, and it's still working well

I took one storage server in Amsterdam a few days ago. What is your experience with your VPS in Amsterdam? Is it good? How about network and i/o performance? This is the first time I bought storage server from Virmach. Thanks.
Is there still a reply about my $8.88 Seattle order?Since you guys told me to wait. Have not received a reply for months.
This is a payment receipt for Invoice 1399158 sent on 03/12/2022
Ryzen Special 2560 - MessyUtilized-VM (03/12/2022 - 03/11/2024) $43.70 USD
Selection Location: Tokyo, JP - Later Equinix & Inap - HANDLING
When will it open?
maybe next month
No worries, I get that you and @yoursunny were just playing. I guess sometimes my humor gets lost in the translation.
P.S. the beach and the after party were pretty great.
To be honest, I'm mostly idling it all these years, so can't really speak about the performance. Regarding network, no downtime at all, showing 100% on hetrixtools for a couple months.
Me too,I reinstalled Debian 11 and can't ping or SSH.But I tried Debian 10.Things are all OK.
Maybe Seattle is abandoned.
@VirMach Does RYZEN Tokyo limit the use of udp?
A service order has been sent.
View Service Order #611829
Also getting the error that node is down on my Seattle VPS. I saw they were having an issue in a raid array, but the name was LAKVM, so not sure if that is actually in Seattle.
How long does it take to get the node up again? I wonder if it worths the waiting of this deal.
Seattle node isn't down. LAKVM26 is down and waiting for DC techs to replace RAID controller but that's not Ryzen.
how long America will be start?i want change Tokyo 384 to la or other America lacotion if usa can start fast as soon as possible. i just want a ryzen machine wherever。
My seattle server is still down. Have you fixed the template folder sync problem you mentioned before?
DirectAdmin available?
I'm curious... 工单 can be translated to work order or ticket, why service order tho. (WHMCS English interface use the word "Ticket" right?)
I wonder the same for Phoenix Ryzen 1 node, since my ticket has been escalated for technical review...
I'm not quite sure if the issue with Seattle one have any correlation to Phoenix, but it does sounds similar.
"Customer support" and "customer service" is common. Tickets are used for tracking the communication.
"Work order" refers to a specific work function/task and not a two way communication about a generic problem. For example, an electrician will have a work order from his boss to connect power at 10am at 123 Fake St.
Provide the order ID and I can change it to instant deployment Seattle. San Jose will soon be available as well, and Phoenix is also available but slightly less space right now, more servers incoming.
Yes, it's fixed, you would need to reboot and select a template that's verified functional based on previous discussions.
No, sorry.
Those are all up. Any issues are specific to your service only in that case.
Migration emails are beginning to be sent out. A lot of people will end up getting them. If you have any questions, let me know.
We will attempt to open up some version of a pre-order/reservation system for those who ordered pre-order specials, have full-priced packages, or are in locations eligible for Ryzen upgrades or location changes (to Tokyo, Denver, Phoenix.) We will also most likely open up some space for migrations away from Buffalo for those who do not like this location, as we do not plan on having any Ryzens in Buffalo. These will otherwise by default move to NYC Metro and Chicago.
thanks, my server is up and network is surprisingly good. Hope it will stay that way for a long time.
Speed test
@VirMach I can't reinstall from OS from SolusVM directly, is this normal?

That's related to the plan, it was created in a hurry. I'll have to go back and clean that up for all of the new packages added. I do still need to test and clean up operating systems in general and place them in an appropriate group for those verified working. Any information is appreciated as it would speed up the process (if anyone knows any particular OS is or isn't functioning and would like to report it.)
Glad to hear the network issues people describe were resolved. I believe most of that was related to some abuse that was handled.
Amsterdam has been scheduled with DHL for Tuesday. This is only a portion of the servers. The other portion will still be sent via UPS, or at least attempted. FedEx still hasn't got back.
Tokyo unfortunately was unable to go out today as well. I'm trying very hard to ensure we have something set in stone by the end of today, and I may split this up as well to ensure that at least some servers make it there, since we would then not have to rely on a single carrier.
Amsterdam and Tokyo may also receive one or two high priority packages each, with at least one server and one network switch. This should make up for some of the time lost with the initial delay as this would arrive in 1-3 days instead of 1+ weeks as normally expected for air freight. I'll confirm if this is happening later in the day.
Atlanta has made some progress. It may actually end up arriving today, but it is likely it will be pushed into Monday due to the UPS delivery delay.
Chicago is starting to get the ball rolling on the contract for colocation. Barring more complications, it should hopefully be signed today or tomorrow with rapid deployment of servers. For Chicago, I know I'm able to avoid freight so they can arrive quickly.
Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, San Jose, and Dallas. These are still at the datacenter to some degree and being set up. San Jose is very close to being finished, with some minor network issues. Phoenix and Seattle are already up, but more servers are being added and have arrived. Dallas and Denver will most likely be last as the datacenter has not provided a significant update, even though they arrived over a week ago. Denver hasn't even received confirmation of receipt yet even though it was delivered last Saturday.
Dallas is getting a few more servers shipped as well.
I'm still trying to get San Jose set up ASAP, so we can deploy these over the weekend at the latest.
Los Angeles - I'm switching these to individual packages and sending them off, and I'll be around to help speed up the setup process. I have a box for the storage node as well, and I'm trying to locate padding/boxes for the hard drives/bays to individually send those off without them being damaged, instead of shipping them all together. Los Angeles will most likely end up being the first storage node deployed.
NYC Metro - I'm attempting to use a different shipping partner for this location, for freight but in the meantime, I'm also planning an initial delivery here of a few servers via high priority shipments. I'll have more information soon here.
@VirMach
Hello,
The pre-order I purchased on March 12 was asked to manually review it, but it doesn't seem to have been processed yet. Could you please help me? Ticket Number: #124997 #313902
