    I used psychz LA 4years ago, it has a terrible downtime; I remember my friend already paid for double POWER but still experienced offline.
    And psychz LA has a bad network to China mainland(not psychz's fault, the price we paid were not enough to get a premium route), so(but) I have some uncomfortable
    these things make me a bit PTSD and cause me want to avoid psychz after that.
