Boomer Host does not have IPv6 or Customer Service!
Just wondering if I'm the only one who did not received an answer from their service. I used the mail on their front page ([email protected]), because in the customer panel I can't open a ticket.
Also my VPS does not have IPv6 support, so it's useless for me, as I wanted to use it as a v6 tunnel.
That's why I cancelled the VPS within 30 min (!), but still my VPS is not cancelled, I don't have my money back and I also didn't receive an answer.
I'd recommend to delete them from the lowendbox front page, honestly.

When I click on New Ticket with the link https://my2.boomer.host/tickets/new/
I get redirected to https://my2.boomer.host ("Welcome")
O_O
When I click on my VPS a notification pops up:
"Cancelation request was placed for this account and it is going to be terminated soon. If this was done by mistake please open a support ticket to notify us immediately"
Pops up for three days now, nothing happens.

But they apparently don't have any (digital) customer service nor v6 support, so maybe that should be known to everybody who thinks about getting a boomer vps

Your IPv6 is working
"Cancellation" in most hosting panels mean by default: Delete without refund, and this will not notice administrator, so he will not know what you've cancelled, just delete automatically. Also it's weekend, do not be so impatience before you click the button.
For IPv6 issue, I have their VPS, didn't see anything wrong with it. You can find your IPv6 range through VPS panel (https://admin.boomer.host:4083/) or command: cat /etc/network/interfaces
Although it works, there's no IPv6 address shows on my2 panel:

Also you should check if ipv6 gets routed and reachable not just ifconfig and cat... ipv6 was there just not routed and reachable..

I found my one lost IPv6 connectivity but it recovered by rebooting.
