I think that the way that it usually works is that a winner of a prize can transfer their prize to another willing participant, subject to the consent of the provider. (So it's a three-way communication between the two participants and the provider.)

I may be mistaken, but I suspect that the last thing that @FAT32 wants to be now is a sort of clearinghouse that reassigns prizes to participants.

I have to disconnect WiFi, cleanup the JavaScript, and then re-connect.
