No need to deny it of such things like kernel updates just to pump up those numbers lol

As long as the downtime is planned it is not a problem.

Your absolutely correct. The great advantage of LowEnd VPSes is that you can have many for little money. This allows you to build redundant systems with great resilience. I really don't care if a server or two go down. All services will still stay up, with only a 1 minute blip in the affected area. I'll never lose millions because a server is down, or it takes three weeks to get an answer to a ticket, or someone deadpools. :)

    Agreed.

You will end up blowing the transistor eventually unless you put a small diode between the relay and the transistor to stop back-EMF.

Thats cool idea. How about the central database? Is it also spread across different servers?

For general/daily applications and production I don't think feasible but once for a chat bot I use several low-end vps as distributed database and work well for almost a year. I used scylla. If one day you want to do this, scylladb is your friend. :)

sadly it seems this silicon shortages will not end in 2022. talk to Dustin, maybe they have some room to squeeze you in.

The shortages are so real, in various industries too. We're committed to expanding, so I expect to see more Ryzen soon :)

Glad to hear that. Ryzen in Europe will be amazing! Generally Ryzen lineup in RN always has been a great product and they have very good performance.

Hi @pouyam -- appreciate the feedback! We hope to have this product line replenished soon. Happy to hear that you're enjoying the performance we have to offer :)

not hard to make, all you need is lidar/iphone or tons and tons of photos

if they give me 10h in a datacenter i can take like terabytes of pictures (4k 12 bit raw) and make a 3d scene lol even insert dustin in there haha

Okay, now we really need to get you in there with your fancy camera!
