and terrahost offers listed on : https://sibyl.li/store/norway-dedicated which i believe is belong to epik
"DMCA IGNORED"
yikes
Weird though. Terrahost.no proper recently tightened TOR exit node policy - like they care about network reputation. This reseller offer via EPIK kinda implies the opposite.
Maybe you underestimate the power of money
If this is true then it is indeed a legitimate problem.
What is the industry standard procedure for reporting a hack and how did thy deviate from it? Any link?
Now we wait for racknerd to.be aquired by EIG and everyone's peanut brains to explode
what is more interesting, on that page they claim DMCA IGNORED for all locations: NO, NL, Portugal and even UK :O
what if Epik acquired not only Terrahost but Host Solutions (DMCA involucration specialist) as well
Life went downhill when RAMnode went to Inmotion. If what you propose were to happen I will turn to alcohol/drugs/religion or a combination thereof. 😅🤣
Edit: life went downhill when rackshack/EV1 became Softlayer via The Planet.
wont be long now, they are getting millions in revenue
everything would go smoothly with that deal if not OP's inquisitiveness

Epik is a far right political stance holding organization. For them "underground" is very seekable option.
Define far right.
not left enough
Parler.com, shootings, kkk, black panther, trump and a like.
This is already far?
I mean people said here, prior election the right wing party "we should shoot down immigrants at the border".
Still in parliament, even managed to get 14%.
This is not even the far right wing party here, we have on that tops that off.
My guess, far right and far left are relative these days.
"far right" is whatever some "liberal" left and probably woke idiots deem "far right", which means "everything not woke liberal extreme left".
But no worries those idiots always devour each other sooner or later.
What I'm worried about is the at least 2 generations that'll be needed to halfway restore civilization.
Far right or not, I have nothing against free speech. What concerns me is this secrecy and selling of customers without their consent, as if they are some merchandise to trade.
Good old far centrist view. Everyone, everything and anything is bad if ain't central.
It is good to have a realization of the pros and cons of either view. Going far in any direction is a problem; that includes the recent trend of "wokeism".
The complete explanation for why this is the case is not quite right to be discussed on LET, but a good starting point is Jonathan Haidt's videos about political polarization in the US.
Nothing wrong with the content Epik hosted, it was, as far as I know, completely legal even if some of the sites were controversial. No one is required to browse websites that they don't agree with, doesn't mean that those sites don't have an audience and that the owners of said sites doesn't have money that spends the same as someone with an opposite worldview. That's business.
I think the concern people have is more with Rob "lets begin this meeting by watching a video of the Christchurch Shooting" Monster being involved and the data leak earlier this year and how this acquisition was seemingly all hush hush.
Exactly what I think, most of people thinks freedom of speech, doesn't earn money. They are wrong. Just because someone didn't agree with my opinion doesn't mean that I should be censored, blacklisted or takedown.
We as humans we have different opinions, visions and missions.
My website, my rules. Of course according to the rules of the country & Hosting.
Continue with the good work! I just didn't like one thing in your service, you should register you company in Seychelles with whitelabel IPs as maximium possible, separating your company, of your "IPs" like Novogara does and others (Koddos example?)
What is "a stake" exactly?
According to https://proff.no/roller/terrahost-as/sandefjord/datamaskiner-og-utstyr/IGGOHD5009N-1/ Mr. Huseby still owns 100% of the shares.
"Sist oppdatert 2020"
Ive got a few big servers with them. As long as the service quality doesnt degrade Im fine.
I can't wait for this awful year to end, with all it's involucration and dramas.
I was ramnode's customer.
did their quality degrade after going to inmotion???
Don't see much updates from them. They were really premium provider.
TBH so far so good. But it's only been a year. Give it time. All the other acquisitions were bad in the end.
I get mild PTSD now whenever a decent provider emails me "amazing news that we are excited to share with you about our new partnership / joining the XYZ Family" or worse - when "a stake" is taken super quietly and I find out on WHT/LET/LEB.
It's actually very scammy: https://www.webmasterchronicle.com/2021/01/23/did-the-embattled-parler-really-move-to-ip-volume/
Nice.
Another web host I don't need to keep in mind. Won't terminate right away, but won't renew either.
