Hi @vavn -- You should take the monthly bandwidth allotment normally included with the plan you ordered and multiply it by 2 (for the double bandwidth). For example, if your plan normally includes 3 TB, after double bandwidth it should be 6 TB. I am seeing this was the case and that you’ve already received double bandwidth for this VM successfully, if you are perhaps referring to a different VM or another case please email me at [email protected] with more details so I can take a closer look
Hi @xk7462 -- I checked within SolusVM (on the VPS mentioned in Invoice 2363696) and see that the double bandwidth was successfully applied to your VPS (the plan you ordered included 1 TB of monthly transfer and you were bumped up to 2 TB monthly transfer).
