Wow, I went to bed and the thread took off, of course I mistimed when to sleep, hopefully someone makes good use of the 8.88's
First $8.88 deal has been freed up.
The guy already got flagged under my previous detective work, but it turns out he also made two tickets about the special, one being a complete disregard for it being marked as beta and confused why VNC wasn't working on it, another asking for an IP change as a result of the previous "issue."
Anyway, since those are all indications of him never having used the service and not looking forward to his third ticket, it's been freed up. He has at least two other accounts though, I'm sure he won't mind, yet.

Not making demands, just wishing. I’ve been a VirMach customer for several years. And I’ve been lurking on LET for 5 years; only reason I finally signed up for an account was to get RackNerd to double my bandwidth. After this thread dies down, I probably won’t be active again on LET until next Black Friday season.
*That is, unless I finally get around to starting up a small web hosting company that I’ve intended to do for several years now but never get around to it due to an unexpected change of career and having to work 60 hours a week now when I used to only work 35.
Also, as a person on the autism spectrum, I don’t get anything out of participating in discussions, so I’m mostly just here for the deals, which is why I lurked until there was a reason not to. If I come off as brusque, it’s not intentional.
