Welcome to page 102! Let the comments begin.

I know bus doesn't really count as much effort as what VirMach defined it so... but the number 102 reminds me of some memories, but I don't really want to explain it here, just treat it as a special number :)

Someone please copy-paste me message into PMs.
    Thanks!

EDIT: No one did. Not a single person. All wants those deals, lol.

    ....wtf it starts on 102

Easier to roll for it that way. I could've timed my post perfectly but I'm too busy.

Nooooo. I need to post one more time

Next 90ish people to comment from the start of page 102 (and ending in page 104) may have up to a 1 in 5 chance raffle for an $8.88 deal.

I really like how VirMach is trying to be ambiguous but not ambiguous at the same time :joy: - The true VirMach that no one can beat.

I was about to ask does 1 in a 5 chance means that there will be another 18 more people? But then I just noticed the phrasing of "up to" because need to take into consideration some are confirmed bot but not all.

  • Whose idea was it to start posting buses/trains/boats anyway? I mean get that we select for CAPTCHA, but it would be an interesting story to tell my kids someday.

  • Actually, after seeing what virmach said on page 101, the first thing I thought about was the suggestion to have groups on LET. You could probably tag everyone in virmach's group or something and host events like this. But maybe it is too much work for a yearly event.

  • I have been with Virmach for quite some time. Really hope to grab the good deal. All the best to everyone, and of course, myself :D

Sorry this has been fixed, never know the website is actually quite strict about it, but thinking about it there's some sort of dynamic optimisation happened to the image, they might want to save bandwidth and CPU

  • All my eyes are on the $8.88 deal :) congrats to the PAGE 102 !

  • An actual curiousity I had is what are people planning to do on these $8.88 boxes? I'll be throwing up a lightweight Webserver and a monitoring node for better US coverage of my EU Services ☺️

It may only be one person. Who knows ? Hope the luck is on my side

Yes, it is going on right now but we need to generate hype for this thread by ourselves. You may need to post more comments and more words for it to happen...

    Sweet!!! I am in!!!!

  • I need to get two so I can have failover. I would be lost if my idle server went down without a hit spare to take over its place.

It reminds me those promotion on shopping malls. Promotion that says "up to 99%" but that might be only limited to 1 item, it is all about marketing tactics :joy:

Similarly, for job listing, a lot of times we see "Salary from $2000 to $5000", then you know the salary will be $2000

  • Here is an MTB 102 motor torpedo boat from the British Royal Navy they used during World War II. I like posting the boats. Hard to find with numbers on them though. Is it one entry per user?
