I don't think there's anything wrong with OVH. He's the only NAT provider using them and they have a great network.
OVH routing is bad for me (for almost all OVH locations).
Even for the same location, the ping will rise to 2-3 times compared other DC/provider.
Perhaps try one of his other locations? He is using Hetzner for Germany.
