    As already mentioned I got the 9.88 just by clicking through and ordering it - via smartphone. As existing customer I was already logged in and had payment methods registered.

    Using two low cost VPSes ... one with Linux desktop and another one with Windows 2012 Server. I use RDP to login to Windows VPS that has VNC running for Linux desktop

    Reason - to save CPU resource usage on the boxes

    Yes I got the 9.88 and 10.88 by purchasing manually... If it helps the invoice numbers are as follows...
