    All flash deals are confirmed provisioned by now. If you still have problems with the flash sale product, please follow these guidelines for quickest resolution.

    Step 1
    Close all current tickets. Go to the ticket, click close button.

    Step 2
    Create PRIORITY department ticket. Don't worry, you won't be charged.

    For the subject, use the following:

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: Wrong configuration - Use this title/subject for your ticket if you received the incorrect specifications. In the ticket message box, confirm that we can terminate and recreate it for quickest resolution.

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: Paid but didn't receive - Use this title/subject for your ticket if you have a transaction ID for your payment as well as the invoice ID associated with the order that is "cancelled" status for the invoice and/or for the service.

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: Manual review cancellation - If your order was put into manual review (you have a "Your order is pending manual review" ticket on your ticket list) and you just want it cancelled and do not want to wait any longer. We'll either cancel and refund it or activate it with higher priority.

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: Control panel button error - If you click the Control Panel button to go to SolusVM but it provides an error such as vserverid error. Provide a copy/paste of the error you receive.

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: Service offline/No bootable - If you DID NOT perform ANY operations on your service outside of the INITIAL INSTALLATION, and it has always been "offline" status. You can also make this if it's "No Bootable Device" error and you already attempted installing two different operating systems.

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: Network issue - If you cannot ping your service's IP address or SSH into it AND you already checked VNC and confirm everything else is working. Remember port 6000 may sometimes be used for SSH.

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: No Invoice or Missing Service - If your card was charged, and you waited at least 3 days, and the charge is NOT listed as "pending" with your card company, and your card is attached properly on your account (attach it if you haven't) then mention the last 4 digits, the amount paid. If invoice exists, use "Paid but didn't receive" if that fits better, above.

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: Activate an order/pay cancelled invoice - If you didn't pay in time and the service and invoice exists but is cancelled and not payable. Make sure to add enough funds to cover the order, and confirm you want to be billed immediately and have all your cancelled BF Special 2021 orders activated/fund applied to the invoice ID. Provide the invoice ID. We can only do ALL of them, or NONE of them.

    BF-SPECIAL 2021: Other - If none of the above fit. These will be done LAST so it's best you find one that fits better (but make sure it fits the criteria.)

    Make sure to select the service so we know which one you're talking about.

    Please only include the information requested above specifically. Any additional information may just slow down resolution.

    For rDNS, ISO, etc you should still use the appropriate button/ticket. Do not create "other."

    Other common issues you SHOULDN'T create a ticket for:

    • Black screen - this is most likely the screensaver, just click on the black screen, and/or move mouse around, or press AltCtrlDel button.
    • Refund/cancel - you're not eligible for one for this special, we'll just close your ticket and mark your account as potentially problematic.
    • Installing an OS - we list all OS available to you on your end. Try an ISO if it doesn't exist. For requests, use this thread.

    If it's pending and paid, it shouldn't be stuck on that. So create a ticket at this point, but only you please for now, not anyone else. I'll probably be able to fix all of them from your one ticket.

    I'm going through all closed tickets and giving out random prizes if the person closed the ticket themselves after figuring it out. There's too many tickets like this right now so even if this doesn't encourage anyone to do that, I'm just showing some appreciation. There's not that many so it'll only take a couple minutes but I'm hoping a hundred tickets drop like flies so I can give out a couple dozen prizes.

    Alright no database query because I figured out an easier way to do it, since most people don't actually create tickets in the first place and the sale was pretty smooth.

    I'll just go to all the orders/services and pick a few per page and add credits (after checking tickets for none.)

    Ya good point, I am just saying that the whole logic is a bit flawed because people who could have cause more workloads got rewarded :sweat_smile:

    Alright, here's how I did it:

    • A few randomly picked, scrolling down on all BF-SPECIAL-2021 order pages only.
    • Skipped any multi-account, or anyone marked as problematic (means they created like several tickets, etc.)
    • About 40 of these were initially opened.
    • 24 out of 40~ didn't create tickets.
    • I skipped 1 single (random) person, just for fun.

    All these people got either $5 or $10 credits, about half and half, courtesy of @FAT32

    So everyone please check your store credit to see if you got it. If you're not sure where to check for your credit balance, create a ticket. If you didn't get it, create a ticket to double check. Just kidding please don't.
