    Can you do a wget test to Hetzer test file?

    Is the network that bad? I'm planning to buy one.

    With iperf looks like all super fine.
    Maybe bench.monster/speedtest.sh show incorrect data.

    Our black friday sale has been a real big success so far.

    We had so many NVMe orders that we had to halt instant delivery, extra capacity has been added ๐Ÿ‘

    Is there any possibility that LiteServer expands outside of NL to nearby countries?
    Your NVME offers are so good that I wish I could have same performance VPS in other EU countries at this low price.

    Maybe in the future, this requires a lot of investment.

    Netherlands is not subjected to the DMCA, if you use/setup a VPN for hate/terrorism and other illegal things (that are illegal in the netherlands) the law enforcement can request your details after sending a court order.

    @LiteServer

    Finally I decided to buy your 2GB plan for my second VPS.

    Surprisingly the IP is clean too.

    I hope this is a good decision.

  • @LiteServer Let's assume that a foreign authority, be it Austria or Switzerland or Germany, would like to have the data due to an activity. Do they only give the data to Dutch authorities? Or also to other authorities?

  • hi! i ordered one of ur 4gb vps. but i see very lag in transferring my files from oracle to this server. it took almost 20 to 30 minutes to transfer a 3gb backup file. is it normal? i tried downloading and uploading some simple updraft backup zips through browser also, where i m getting only 45kbps speed. is ur line that kinds of slow. i also opened a ticket for this. pls help.

  • even there is no update or response to my ticket still. i read ur reputation of amazing instant support here, that's why ordered.

  • It looks like their network is ( unfortunately ) not the best:

    iperf3 Network Speed Tests (IPv4):

    Aren't you a well known cp hoster discussed in this forum? You should be avoided by the providers like plague.

    I can't check on which node you're hosted in, butt those speeds seems to ba an odd. Looks more like a different (remote?) issue, especially with the big difference in test boxes close and far away.
    But yes, speeds may fluctuate a bit, mainly on our HDD storage VPS nodes.
    We have huge amount of orders for those plans, and it seems that almost everyone is running benchmarks and are filling their VPS uplinks with moving big chunks of data. Due to this, speeds might not always be 1Gbps at the moment. We're monitoring this. Usually this settles down in the next few days after the Black Friday weekend. Just understand the situation a bit with all those Black Friday VPS orders and people going full throttle on their new VPS :smiley:
    If you remain having weird speed issues during the upcoming days, please open a support ticket and we'll look into this together with you.

    @nivrito
    Your ticket has already been replied a while ago. But still I would like to mention here that we are humans answering tickets. We are no robots, and we don't use standard replies either. Every customer gets a personal unique written ticket reply from us. Because of that we cannot reply in 5 minutes during these busy Black Friday days :smile:. On top of that is was midnight here in NL when you opened your ticket :wink:
    Just understand that our support department is heavy loaded with questions/requests during Black Friday / Cyber Monday, and that responses may take a bit longer than usual.

    HDD storage, let it rest for a days until the Black Friday "benchmark" and heavy load is all onver, and you'll see much higher numbers again :smile:
    These nodes have major loads at the moment with all the people running benchmark and push lots of data.

    just can't believe it's RAID-10
    more like RAID-1/2 (joking)
