  • Have been using them since BF 2016.
They are a quality provider and are highly recommended.

    The offer says Upgradable!.
Does this mean I will be able to upgrade at a later time and keep the 50% discount?

At least that's how it has been in the past. Can nothing but recommend them!

fresh HDD-1G with Debian 11 template should have 9GB used space?
what is it? "maximal" template or Cyberpunk 2077 preinstalled? :D

Should've rename their HDD plan PremiumServer instead of LiteServer.

Is it possible to get a plan 100 Mbps unmetered entire month, or less for cheap? I need more than 10TB BW but it does not have to be fast.

Unmetered should be possible. Please open a sales ticket and we'll try to provide something interesting for you.

    Yes in+out indeed

how about internal/private traffic (inside your DC)?

All bandwidth is metered at this moment. We might offer private networking in the near future, but for now it's all metered.
If you have multiple VMs doing lots of "internal" bandwidth, just open a ticket and we'll work something out with you

    Leave Germany, go to Holland!

  • A solid provider indeed. I bought one of these last BF and I got nothing less than what I would expect from a professionally run service.

I can't comment on support as I did not need it; but that can certainly be considered a good thing.

Is it possible to install custom OS with ISO file?
Debian 11 template is as mentioned too bulky.

I didn't find iso mount option from the panel. Guess I have to look closer.
Anyway. Thanks for the good offers. I'll fiddle with it for a while and if I can't figure out I'll ask your support for help.

edit: Found it. The 'Enduser Panel' looks like Dutch at first glance.

  • I've had a HDD-2G VPS for a few months, with this Black Friday offer can I upgrade, say, to the HDD-6G for 15 Euros instead of 30 and keep paying 15 Euros as long as I have it? Is this correct or did I misunderstand something?

Inception is owned by Clouvider and is hosted on their hardware / network, except their storage servers in Phoenix, which are with IOFlood.

So, comparison is essentially between LiteServer and Clouvider. I prefer the latter, as they have a better network and their nodes are usually 10G instead of 1G, so I am able to max my work / home connections out.

Both use good hardware and offer stable, production-ready services. So, its all upto individual network requirements which can be tested using their looking glasses.

Lastly, IH DOES accept customers from Asia. China != the entire damn continent.
