  • I bought 3 VPS last BF, 2 of them were running. 1 (VIRMACH) will be dropped.

    Sorry, what? 2TB SSD?

@terrahost happens to be putting that into BF specials.
The i7 for microLXC got a 1TB SSD.

I ended up giving out 50GB SSD per container.
    So far...

    space used: 175.66GB
    total space: 877.40GB

But the Location is OOS again.

Next time you have something this nice, ask us here before you cancel  :scream: People would literally pay for such a great server for that price

  • It’s a 2TB HDD according to support.

    • HostHatch: "YOLO bundle": 1 core (25% dedicated), 1GB RAM, 10GB NVMe, 10 locations, $7/year each: Unsure, might split it into separate VPSes and cancel some of them ($11/year when split from the bundle), but that might actually end up more expensive even if I cancel a few...
    • HostHatch "New Locations" bundle: 1 core (25% dedicated), 1GB RAM, 10GB NVMe, 3 locations (Milan, Madrid, Sydney), $23/year: Same as YOLO bundle - unsure.

    too many

@yoursunny reported to the appropriate animal welfare agency for having too many chickens in a confined space.

  • Only VPSes from HostHatch

2x 2TB for $40/yr each. One idled the whole year, the second one I used, currently downloading the 2TB from the second one as I decide whether to renew or not.

8GB RAM and the sorts for $30/yr, my cousin was using a Minecraft Java server, this I will be canceling in the coming days.

I'm downsizing in favor of savings (USD and EUR are very expensive) and to use my own hardware.

  • Only bought one Virmach vps last black friday that I dropped because it took them a month to unblock outgoing smtp.

  • @alilet said: 1.3 美元/年

    push ?

  • Just 2. But not from last year but the year before.

  • I always wanted to grab a piece of the pie from those VirMacht FB deals but there were no EU locations :/

One does not simply download the storage from another VPS. :p

So, what were the complete terms about the push-ups (as discount)? 24 push-ups (with video) on each yearly invoice of $8.20, or only once for the first time, like the set-up fee?

    The recurring price is $8.20 + 24 push-ups.

@Lyphiard , how to submit push-ups on renewal?

    • Virmach - 2 Core - 1.5GB - 100GB SSD - Amsterdam - $12.80/yr
    • Racknerd - 2.5 GB RAM - 22 GB - 6TB - Chicago - $8.00/yr
    • Virmach - 128MB - 5GB SSD - 250GB - (NY) $1/yr

To be honest, I use my $1 Virmach more than any other VPS I have! (it doesn't do much, but it is used on a daily basis) It's been very reliable @VirMach

Racknerd's also been very stable and fast. Wish you could mount a CD without a ticket, but I've only needed to do that once. Hats off to Racknerd! @dustinc

  • I'm hesitating if it's worth renewing this idle VPS from Virmach 2016 deal or I should wait for better deals. Honestly, I think the Storage is quite limited, hence it has been idling for 5 years. Please let me know what y'all think. :)

  • Cores and RAM are fine but storage and bandwidth are problem. It can still host a few wordpress websites easily as they don't take much space but bandwidth is a little tight although it may not be a problem for small sites. I wouldn't renew it unless really needed.
