They did not allow IRC as i read from tos even for client
Also it seems link for UK location

I try to avoiding provider that prohibit irc in their tos
allowed on ipv6
Need all IP's without restriction
We allow irc on all dedicated IPs, this case both IPv4 & 6 are dedicated
updated AUP.
