I want to looking Asia / Australia vps with the following requirements

Number of Cores: ANY

Disk Space: 10GB ( Doesn't matter if only 5GB )

Disk Type: ANY

Bandwidth: 100GB minimal

Port Speed: 100Mbps minimal

Number of IPs: 1 IPv4 and optionally have IPv6

Location: Asia / Australia

Budget: $20 or less

Billing period: Yearly

No OVH or from HostHatch offer because i already have many of them and i want to search and try another provider if possible

I will use it for private vpn and must allow irc client too

Currently i thinking for Hosthongkong offer LET special 1GB for $24 but out of stock atm

They did not allow IRC as i read from tos even for client

Also it seems link for UK location

I need dedicated IPv4 as i need for specific port

We allow irc on all dedicated IPs, this case both IPv4 & 6 are dedicated
updated AUP.
