Free vps, would you be interested? How to best sponsor free vms?

  I was wondering if you think it would be fine if I make it so you have to authorize your card via 3D secure for future payments (just to validate identity) before giving you a free VPS.

  Then it's not free anymore.

  Free or cheap is good.

  It is free if there are no recurring costs. It is not unheard of other providers having this type of verification process in place.

  Oracle Cloud needs both CC and phone details in order to activate your account.

  i gave oracle cloud my cc for multiple large VMs, but you want a cc for 128mb ram..
