Did you sell a full /22 only due to the fact that you have one single IP listed in spamhaus?
My chargeback has been cleared as per paypal policy. Due to non communication from seller, verdict was in my favor.
Good luck guys with your refunds.
Missing "and monday win wil!"
Will sell 193 ip because spamer.
He said he didn't sell these, and that the add was an old one, which was automatically being updated regularly as they paid a premium to the website for that. This could make sense if he's regularly selling hardware on this site and has stuff to sell (which might happen as I assume that he buys second hand hardware in huge quantities, and keep only what is interesting for his use case). Of course it could be BS, as the reason he gave for selling the IPs. But it could be true. Let's wait and see.
@cociu

What should I do if I prefer a recreate? Because the CC I used to pay before is expired and I don't use that card anymore. I've opened a ticket about this and no reply back to me yet.
Check if your ticket is still there, as he did say he deleted all tickets a day or two ago, so you might have to open a new one.
... and be patient. They seem to be pretty overloaded currently.
Yes, they are pretty busy with selling IP ranges with one blocked address.
Well, not with tickets anymore.
Let say "GOOD BAY" ! No crazy prize
did you mean: tiket
What worries me more is that @MikePT, if I got that correctly, had no contact with @cociu since weeks. I seriously hope - for everyone and especially the HS customers - that that doesn't mean that Mike PT doesn't do HS support anymore (for whatever reason).
linux iso distributors interruptus
Yes I'm very aware of that and I'm with you on that perception, based on HIS explanation. But it really doesn't make any sense for someone to have an account registered on a marketplace under their own name and phone number, selling a bunch of stuff throughout the years, but not having access to that account. On the other hand, he hasn't clearly acknowledged or denied (unless I've overlooked it) the disk sales ad by the way, but he's been dodging it and saying other things in response to it.
That's thing, how old is old? I mean if the ad was really old, I'm sure there would be several ways of tracking it down, at least to somewhere past March or April, but all I could find was an indication that the ad existed on the 18th of May, and that's during the period this whole situation was picking up heat, and the next was on the 8th of June, probably when it was deactivated.
If that's the case, why? The ad has already been deactivated.
The ad has already been deactivated so what's there to be disabled?
Is he not aware of what's being sold or advertised on that platform by whoever that's supposedly "managing" that account registered under his name along with his contact number listed?
Sorry but I'm having a tough time trying to digest any of his responses, maybe because they have been nothing but vague.
AFAIK, there is none, unless something like waybackmachine, I have been trying to track other ads there (I have also been active since 2012) and I couldn't find a way to know when was first published.
He doesn't know, he doesn't track it. The contact number is handled by him personally too?
(weeks ago) "Hey, [employee in charge], please sell XYZ, will you" + employee in charge forgetting to change/update/whatever the olx thing because his focus since weeks and also currently is on the refund/rebuild/repair operation, just as was/is @cociu's.
But as of now, he hasn't clearly acknowledged nor denied the existence of that specific ad selling those disks has he? Or did I miss something?
I would assume so because the contact number for those ads is also the same number used on his RIPE profile/IPs.
I was under the impression that he did. But I might be wrong, as I don't care much about side shows.
Personally I really hate @jsg and his arguments in general cause I never won him clearly in word fight (nor will I admit losing any), and as much as I hate to admit it, in this thread, I do agree with some of his points too.
However,
Francisco speaks with facts only and is asking the right questions that many are avoiding to ask or pointing out.
Then again, Im here just for drama value anyway, and its a great summer coming with lawsuits and shit.. This is a gift to the community that keeps on giving.
Cociu open Onlyfans account of your server hardware and I will subscribe to it
And, again, this proves he handles the calls personally or that is the number people call the company, usually? Are those IPs registered in his name or company name?
He didn't, just said it was an old ad which is on autorenewal.
Well at least I've found the ad prior to the 18th of May.
I somehow strongly believe that this listing was posted/published on that date, "Oradea 15 mai", then maybe promoted or refreshed on 18th May and closed/deactivated on the 8th of June.
AFAIK (I have free account because I am cheap) you can only renew (or autorenew for paid accounts) 30 days after posting (and every 30 days after that). So, if it was posted on the 15th, it can't be renewed (unless paid to be promoted and this involves manual intervention) then can be renewed on the 14th.
One of several.
So you can find the person of contact for company's IPs at the company phone. Do you actually think MS AS8075 contacts listed are using personal phones?
