Nothing to do with loss of money just lately the reviews are negative about them! For some very stupid reason or no reason at all the domain name can be blocked.

This is not true at all unless phishing, malware distribution and child pornography are considered "no reason at all". We've had a couple of issues in the past where we did not properly notify the registrant before suspending on some edge cases but with our current abuse policies this should no longer be an issue.
@brainitup I'll look into your issue. We do use some IP reputation tools to block "bad" IPs but sometimes innocent IPs can get mixed up in that if they are dynamic, part of a pool, a proxy, etc.
