As for rebooting the VM, I sincerely apologize for that. While I understand, reboots should be approved by the customer first (as at times they should be scheduled) it sounds as if our tech did this to ensure it booted to the requested ISO mount.

Not the case here, I didn't ask for rebooting, just asked for custom ISO to be downloaded/mounted and ready for me to install sometimes later. Luckily, I have another instances running at another provider, hence not missing the up stream while the VM is down. Still a lesson for me (and maybe for others): Don't touch the config/setup or ask to support about config/setup during working/important hours if the service is still running. But I agree that support is very fast and responsive. And no, I don't need double BW, thank you.
Hi @orion504 thank you for writing back, totally understand regarding the ISO mounting and unexpected reboot. I believe the tech did this to ensure it booted to that ISO. I agree this could have been better handled i.e communication seeking permission to do so, as this is a live environment of yours. We understand the importance of uptime, I'll be working with our team regarding this to help prevent this in the future.
As for support being very fast and responsive, happy to hear this. This is what we strive for, helping our customers quickly, and properly. As for control panel login, here's a small guide:
If you just ordered a VPS with RackNerd, the first step is logging into the client portal. You can access our client area at https://my.racknerd.com/
You will need your email address and the password you chose during signup to login.
Once you've logged in, you will want to look for "view email log" - please click this.
Once you've clicked "view email log" you will want to search for the email with subject "KVM VPS Login Information" - click this.
Now that you've done so, you will see your KVM VPS login information, along with the control panel URL, username & password.
