While we don't have a particular set limit, we don't allow 100% CPU usage, at all times for of course understandable reasons.
We allow bursting, and are quite fair with end user usage - I don't think I've ever, at least not yet seen any threads/complaints about us suspending a VM due to usage, and or having triggers that often are setoff, and us having to explain "false positives". This is not to say, we don't think a thread won't ever be made, or that an end user wont sign up just to abuse resources, but we've been quite fair. We instead have had conversations with end-users regarding usage, but even that has been extremely minimal. We closely monitor our nodes, with inhouse scripts, along with Hetrix, and more. So our performance has been stable, and good
For end-users looking to hammer resources, we do cater Hybrid Dedicated Servers, Dedicated Servers, and more.
