That's why I don't ship hardware to the data center that I don't own.
Instead, I pull an Ethernet cord direct attach cable to the data center. I get the same 100 Gbps speed without the risk of hardware getting stolen.

Actually most DC's that I've been in has kept them around 75F if not a tad warmer.

As for why I have to install inside the data center, it's because nobody knows how IPMI works.
We just plug a monitor and a keyboard to the server...
