Yes. Visiting that url shows the default page. Are you able to login to cPanel/WHM? Are your hosted sites working? Also definitely check in the client area in your hosting account there is a firewall checker tool. Put your IP in to see if you got blocked or something.

Hey guys, got a question. I'm trying to use wget to download a backup from cpanel onto my VPS. I don't want to download it on my computer, and then upload onto my computer. How can I have my VPS put in the credentials and then do the backup (since it can't access because of the cpanel login).
We see, hear, and can relate to client feedback. We then discuss internally, improve our process, and implement wherever possible. This is one of the reasons why we've expanded into many locations and have grown so fast.
A couple of options.. either use FTP for the download or move the backup somewhere under public_html so you can wget it without authorisation in cPanel etc.
I see Tampa.. any plans to launch VPS there? You don't need me to tell you how popular that would be..
