    Yes. Visiting that url shows the default page. Are you able to login to cPanel/WHM? Are your hosted sites working? Also definitely check in the client area in your hosting account there is a firewall checker tool. Put your IP in to see if you got blocked or something.

    Hi @Sebster27 - I believe you are referring to WHMCS i.e https://my.racknerd.com/serverstatus.php -- we do not use this feature, though at times during a maintenance/outage we may update "Announcements" so that when clients login that is something visible, so they're aware.

    We are discussing internally on implementation of a status page, for example, status.io - whereby customers can see the status of our network at any given time, and also would allow us to communicate/provide updates throughout a maintenance/outage.     We are also considering exposing HetrixTools status - there are options, and we are looking into it. I hope this helps.

    It is our goal to improve our process, and this is one step forward. We will tweak this, and eventually integrate it into our site theme, but for now, this helps.

    A couple of options.. either use FTP for the download or move the backup somewhere under public_html so you can wget it without authorisation in cPanel etc.

    Very possible :) And has been discussed a few times. I can say that this will eventually happen, no firm ETA. But it will happen :) We're working on something huge right now, we can't announce it yet but it'll be a game changer for us if we can make it happen.
