@CasualCanvas said: @VirMach do I need to open up a ticket if a service is still pending after 6hrs+?

Don't worry, a thousand other people already did it for you so we're going through those tickets and then we'll manually process them.

(edit) Actually, I have a better idea, we'll go through them manually and will skip it if they have a ticket open, until we can get to the ticket and see what they're requesting.

@randomq said: @VirMach Any lifetime deals?

    Who's lifetime?

Huh? I'm not quite sure what you mean.

Let me give you some context aye. My first purchase was 4hrs before this second purchase. First purchase is currently active. 8hrs after the second purchase I bought another one, this is currently active as well.

It's been 15hrs since the time I bought the second one and it is still pending as of this writing.

He told you not to :#

    I haven't opened any tickets.

It's best you do not create a ticket. I know there's going to be 0.01% of people that eventually do have to create it but it's best 99.99% don't because we understand what's wrong.

Most orders, 90%+ will clear within an hour or so, the rest may take up to a few days depending on how badly the system failed to provision it. There are stages, and specific things that can go wrong in each stage. We have ways of looking thee up and correcting them, but the more tickets we get about them the harder it is because we now have to deal with tickets too.

Can I assume then that the next due date for it will be moved accordingly seeing it has not been provisioned yet?

@VirMach When are you adding Windows OS Templates ? I've bought Windows VPS and am on NY10GKVM109 in this occassion & can't find Windows Templates while 2019 Christmas Plan NYKVM23L, there I can find it. SolusVM panel isn't same ? I can't find the issue actually.

You'll need to open a ticket for a Windows install. In the past, I think VirMach said Windows doesn't play nice with SolusVM Control Panel.

Oh, I was not aware of this because, In My 2019 BF Deal, the VPS works with SolusVM installation. Will be creating a ticket now.

Do you happen to know if Windows Server 2019 templates are now available?

  • $3.75
    KVM - 1 GIGABIT

    1 DEDICATED IPv4

  • $3.75 Aye, why not - for kicks.

  • It's amazing that the deal didn't break the site.

The due date will not get moved on these, the majority of them a few days means a few pennies and it would not be worth the staff time to move forward. You'll get a grace period before termination that should make up for it in the majority of the cases. If this bothers you, we could potentially refund you and cancel the order instead. Or if enough people are concerned about it, we can see if it's possible to code something up to do it automatically.

Let's put a little rule of thumb if it's above $0.30 you can contact us for an adjustment (so something like a $30/yr package that's delayed 4 days.)

Strategically in Dallas for that purpose.

  • @VirMach said: Strategically in Dallas for that purpose.

Didn't think people would have looked at anything else after that $3.75 tag. :D

Huh, this offer is actually interesting.

Edit: the current $12/year flash deal in Seattle. I would have bought if there was more RAM and cores for a similar price, even if the BW was reduced. Of course, the disk space has tempered the heat from most deals so far :'( .

  • it should be $1/year if CPU 1 Core , RAM 512 MB , SSD 10 GB , BW 100 GB. @VirMach

  • $59/yr paid upfront on Amazon AWS EC2 T2.Micro gets you 1 shared core and 1 gig RAM. Storage and network transfer are extra. Kinda makes Virbot's shittiest deals look good!

  • @randomq said: $59/yr paid upfront on Amazon AWS EC2 T2.Micro gets you 1 shared core and 1 gig RAM.

EC2 t2.micro also has very very poor CPU performance... IIRC it's 10% of a vCPU with very little allowance for bursts above that. Sometimes people complain about VirMach CPU, but I've personally never had issues with it, and small EC2 instances are a lot worse.
