I got one of these in a glitch during last year's sale, and by the time support got to the ticket it had updated back to paid. Probably nothing to worry about, they're not going to cancel the vps for nonpayment of that.

Apologies for spamming you here on the forum, but it's been a few days I messaged you and opened a ticket, so thought this might be the best chance to communicate with you.
While checking for new VPS to buy this year, I found my 2 old VPS with you now have different configuration.
One 15GB space changed to 5GB and another 20GB space to 5GB.
I opened a ticket for this: Ticket #836308
I got an initial response, and it is said that this is expected.
However, either I've not recieved this communication or if I have, I must've missed it.
Please understand that on a 5GB server, I am unable to do anything meaningful on the server.
My earnest request to you to please restore the original space of the servers.
I got one, but unbelieve, they only provide Ubuntu 14.x while 16.x, 18.x and 20.x all are missing.
Yeah, agree this is shit. But you can install from ISO, they have ubuntu 20 and netboot
Mount the CD ROM for the correct iso that you would want, and then change your boot type to CD ROM.
You should use cdrom
if installing from the ISO is too tough, you can install 16.x from their template and then run do-release-upgrade twice and you will be at 20.04.01 .
Funny you mention nonpayment... I cancelled a VPS and December 5 should have been the last day of service but it’s still considered “active” and the VPS works fine... no charges, no invoice, says there’s a pending cancelation request but it still works. Probably something to do with Virmach pushing the suspension/cancellation dates out or crashes with their database...
I already pulled everything off it almost a week ago so just waiting for their system to automatically cancel it...
@VirMach Dear boss, is it possible tell us a rough dateline for the flash sell? I'm almost exhausted. If you tell us the time in advance, I can allocate my energy reasonably
@VirMach I already wrote that one of the services was renewed until it was impossible to enter the WHMCS panel and cancel it. I opened a ticket (#632138), but your support closed it because I am not worthy of a refund. $ 7 is not a lot of money. I will still cancel this service after a year (this is already in the cancellation queue). But resources will be idle this year. You could resell this VPS on this flash sale. And I don’t understand your team’s tenacity when you offer to pay customers for your WHMCS problems.

To be useful: VirMach 'expanding' disk for KVM(Lite?) is even more better - you need to click a button in SolusVM to extend it, lol.
However my last 50GB VPS was provisioned already with 50GB so idk if that button is still alive.
The button is only for converted VM. New order get directly full capacity.
