  But their ticket system have worked perfectly earlier. Now it is not working! I can not open tickets. And I get answers from ServerSavior!

  if @Chris Miller says true, do you look at your mailbox about any warning mails?
  and some cms system is really high security risk and easy to be hacked.

  I can only say positive things about URPad

  Zpanel has been reported by many as having a very bad security history.
  CMS systems have to be maintained, have security plugins installed etc otherwise they are vulnerable and often trageted

  Don't forget about your obligations while runnig a VPS. Latest versions of software, iptables firewall, intrusion detection, logwatch etc.

  I have not got any warning e-mails!
