    No. And I believe someone asked this earlier - this applies only for Storage VMs. Not NVMe plans. If you would like to change from your earlier NVMe plan to a new one - please order a new VM.

    Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to calculate NVMe capacity otherwise due to the sheer volume involved and we would very much like to meet our ETAs.

    @hosthatch Please do not confuse customer with ping-pong statement. Please check your statement at https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/3160594#Comment_3160636 where you clearly said "Yes you can upgrade, just open a ticket" to my question "If I have last year NVMe deal, Can I upgrade to this year offer or I have to order now and cancel old one" And I have created ticket for this #503335. Now should I close that ticket and ask for new VPS or not.

    @hosthatch crypto gateway have some time lag because it's how bitpay and blockchain confirmations works. Invoice was payed (maybe it receive "payed" status at bitpay) before 15:30 CET. Ticket was opened in time. Funds send in time. And only some time later it marked as "complete" by bitpay. Hope it's not a problem. Please consider this

    Is that means the #349870 is fine? But it is refused several minutes ago.
    It is created on 15:20 CET.

    I think as soon as it happens there will be yabs reports here :) I placed my first order in the first hour or so when topic was created and got something on each flash sale. Nothing was provisioned yet.

    I am sure there will be a bunch of PMs, emails and tickets after the sale at 23:00 CET expires too, but we don't plan on making any extensions. These limited time deals are special because we actually make them limited. We don't do any strange marketing talk where "IT WILL EXPIRE IN 2 HOURS" and then extend it for another 2, and another 2.

    Yes - as long as you did your part on time, you're good to go - you are not responsible for our system being slow.

    Some very few early customers have been provisioned, but we aren't really doing much at the moment.

    We'll do it in small/divided batches over the next few days so we can filter out any abuse/bad apples before it affects anything.

    Note that some orders may be a little delayed than our promised ETA, but you will be informed many days in advance if so. We will be able to deliver almost everything in the promised timeframes though :)

    Adding credit does not make it faster for you to create a new server.

    As long as the invoice is created, you are good to go as long as you pay within an hour (does not matter whether that is account credit, credit card, bank transfer, bitcoin, etc)

    I fully read it but it's not clear if the "no refund policy" is for the previous flash sales or also includes the final sale at 23:00 CET?

    So the only way to not get screwed (having money in HH but no VM) in the last flash sale is to not deposit any money and use other ways to pay: paypal/cc?

    Cool! Thanks for clarifying it. My understanding was different because when I ordered the flash sale it took the credit away from my balance.

    I don't think there has been any confusion on the no refund policy. Even though many people have tried to ask about it in many different ways....it is the same as it was since 3 days ago.

    Yes. And even if you do add credit, we are not really running away with it, it can be used on any current or future hosthatch invoices.
