Correct me if I am wrong, but to be exact, the server you purchase has to be located in LA. Only LA migrates to AMS.
That is incorrect. You can chose any location. It just has to be over $15 USD
Edit: Dustin has said to purchase it in LAX, but it is not required, just recommended, but you can purchase the server wherever, and as long as it's over $15 USD, it will be migrated (*dependent on node stock)
