Looking for RDP on Indonesia / Singapore / SEA

Will be used mainly for office work, and occasionally chrome, for downloading, uploading work.

Must have microsoft office, able to install Microsoft Office. Administrator account is not needed.

I don't have any specific budget. Any recommendation ?
