For most Australian businesses it is a massive asset to have.
Hello @experttechit ,
Depending on the OVH website you are using you may not see all the available regions while creating an instance or cloud storage. Simply add a new region from the menu: "Technical management" -> "The regions" (within a new or existing Public Cloud Project). It may take few minutes to reflect on your account.
@OVH_APAC Thank You! that's some top support! I think that was quicker than raising a ticket.
@OVH_APAC I created a support ticket (#223456978) 3 days ago and didn't get any reply. The coupon CLOUD-WE doesn't work for me.
I joined ovh 3 days ago and added a default payment method. I wanted to try ovh sandbox offer before use it as my production server (hosting website onlly). So I need some credits in my account. When I create a new cloud project with "CLOUD-WE" (without quote) coupon, I get "An error has occurred. Please try again later (invalid voucher)" error
I never used this coupon/voucher before and I didn't create any project earlier.
Use OPENSTACK-PASSPORT for 50€ credit in the first month
Hello @bloodyprince ,
Some of our vouchers are tight to a specific OVH website/entity and a specific Cloud region.
This is the case for CLOUD-WE (only working on ovh.com/world and the free credit will be only used for your resources in our North-American region (aka: BHS in Canada).
Hope this clarifies.
Thank you for your help
Thanks for the clarification. I figured it out. I had to open another account in ca.ovh.com and verified it. CLOUD-WE coupon now works when I created a new project.
Thanks
Is this still the case now?
1TB seems too low
Thanks for this important necro - post.
Too bad you are incapable of checking their offers yourself...
Hello @Roldan,
I confirm the 1TB free for Sydney and 1TB free for Singapore still apply per Public Cloud Project (outgoing traffic). For instances hosted in Europe or North America, outgoing traffic is free and unlimited. In all OVHcloud regions the incoming traffic is free and thus unmetered.
OVHcloud remains the most cost-effective solution in the APAC region when compared to other major providers: https://www.ovh.com/asia/lp/public-cloud-trial/
