Cheap is relative to what you are getting. What kind of specs/location you are looking for this "cheap" price?
something under 20 eur monthly and at least 150gb of disk
with those specs you are probably better served by a VPS pref NVMe and EPyC cores.

You'll likely need to raise your budget if you want the hardware you're getting to do anything equal or higher to what a VPS will do for you.
If you want reliability, reasonability, and quality in the mix, look at AlphaVps / @AlexBarakov. I've seen 25€ dedis from them available a couple of times and a (very experienced) friend/colleague of mine who hosts with them since years has nothing but praise for them.
What I mean is e.g.
There are other great providers in Europe, @Clouvider and @Hetzner_OL are two examples, but in the low low price segment AlphaVPS has the most attractive mix. With the well known low price providers like e.g. Online you'll usually get f_cked (e.g. 1 IP only, 2nd IP is ca. € 2.50, support is poor and a lottery, etc).
So my advice is to avoid the well known super cheap providers like Online and to pay a couple of $/€ more (really just 5$ or so) and get the right blend of price, features, and support. Maybe AlphaVPS would even be open to go down yet a bit more if you pay yearly and take just e.g. 2 IP4s, I don't know, just try.
