I am Malaysian.. is there any way I can buy from them without disguise as NL???

    Nice to see another Malaysian here. You will not be able to get it. They do not accept offers from outside Europe, and I believe it is out of stock now.

    It's not the question wether you live in The Netherlands, as OVH is a French company. However, you need to live in Europe. If you don't, you are not allowed to buy this deal.

    OVH does only accept credit card, and not PayPal. How are you willing to fraud then?
