Since they were doing this pretty much as a favor and going through the Deluxe channels to get it going, the contracts for the infrastructure were not all in place. Add in customs, sprinkle a little bad luck and the servers couldn't make it to the party.
This is doubled now, on it's way to being tripled. We're adjusting everything further.
