@VirMach can I start restarting and reconfiguring servers on CHI10GKVM10 or it's still "in progress"? I see it unlocked in WMHCS, I have control panel access... but creating serial console fails and control panel is not really loading online/offline status (but WHMCS is). Can I try to reboot/reconfigure or it's still in the works and it's better to not touch it?

Unfortunately this is one where it's on a /24 so it means everyone is down for the whole time. Then, on top of that we have to basically run a script with the SolusVM API to reconfigure and that takes... ages. Yes, you should be safe to reconfigure it yourself right now but that won't stop us from reconfiguring it again
Finally. I will manually fix the missing info later, the site is back. Thanks @VirMach from whitelisting my IP.
