    Next year new BF deal.

so that means I may keep the deal but can I keep the server/ip? Or otherwise I'll have to migrate the data from existing server to the newly purchased one manually?

Even the VPS package is still dated 2018 :joy:

Most advance and rise has only 3 EUR discount for each and setup fees free for some? that's not expected. SYS is good by the way.

  • Do you have any special offer for APAC dedicated server?

50% first month discount. Not attractive to me, knowing this is BF and seeing good discount at SYS

  • mrclown said: 50% first month discount. Not attractive to me, knowing this is BF and seeing good discount at SYS

    >

Yeah, offer at SYS is definitely better. I have read the explanation but still didnt really understand the "16 free IP per month"?. I thought that I will have 16 free IPs, from the 17th, I have to pay $1/ once off setup and $1/month, does it? Thanks.

  • ninzo59 said: Domains...

Too bad that this is only for creation, and not transfer, ... and yes, I am still after saving cents with my domain names, this didn't change.

Rise-BF1/2 have been created for this event. They are really attractive (in my opinion).

  • Are the Rise-BF-1 recurring? I don't see any "until service is canceled" in RISE deals

I am aiming for none Rise series for this BF (due to 500Mbps limit)... Wrong expectation perhaps. Rise-LE seems to be better for this case, came with NVMe and better CPU.

@ninzo59 Please clear up some confusion for me.
On ovh.co.uk/black-friday RISE-BF-2 is advertised as a E5-1630v3. However, it also states that it has 6c/12t @ 3.5Ghz.??
    The problem is the E5-1630v3 has 4c/8t @ 3.7Ghz.

The Black friday landing page is good, the RISE-BF- is advertised as 1650v3 (and even v4 if you are lucky but pssst, don't spread the word!). The information on product page / order funnel is wrong. But you will be delivered with 1650v3 and the fix is on-going on our side !

I've paid RISE-BF-1with paypal 1 1/2 hours ago. Why does it take so long?

    Edit: Not delivered yet.

  • RISE-BF-2 is a great deal.. In for one for 2 years commit (for a client). Thanks alot!

I just wish there is better deal for Asia pacific where most of my clients are. Are we ever gonna get some rise servers over there? Heck I don't mind paying more then EU and Canada prices :(

  • @ninzo59 any chances any of rise-bf-x could be available in UK DC ?

RISE-BF-2 is a great deal.. In for one for 2 years commit (for a client). Thanks alot!

I just wish there is better deal for Asia pacific where most of my clients are. Are we ever gonna get some rise servers over there? Heck I don't mind paying more then EU and Canada prices :(

    Early 2020 :)
