Just got my server delivered (paid on 25.07 20:48 CET at isgenug.de) with a N2800. It also has a brand-new TOSHIBA DT01ACA050 with 5 power on hours. I/O speed is also fine with 140 MB/s

Whats your invoice ID? Mine is DE25682x. Maybe they go by IDs and not by paydate or so.
Imagine how much fun OVH would have if every person that ordered, and was cancelled decided to immediately paypal dispute/chargeback over it

I guess OVH would be able to sort that out with Paypal.
It's possible to get the 2G monthly by messing with the form, though I'd be wary of them cancelling the order if they find out. My monthly 2G is still awaiting activation.

I think it's clear that those who have still to get their order will have to wait up to a few days, there is little point trying to figure out who has got one and comparing invoice numbers etc. When you get it you get it, simple as.
Mine is also lower and still nothing.
I wonder if I mugged myself off by ordering a second 10 hours later and ended up going to the back of the queue.
Still holding out hope I'll get at least one Atom N2800 so I can replace the mKS.

This would be ridiculous concerning the low price of the 2G boxes. I ordered a tiny box but I would feel cheated if they tell me to pay 16,50€ instead of 12€ for the next 3 months. I personally don't give a shit about DDoS protection and hope they won't apply this to their new location (it's not listed in the thread above).
Oh and before someone asks. No, i haven't got my server already and no I don't care if you already have your's although my order number is lower than yours or you are from another country and other stuff that has been discussed the last 18 pages.
Bloody hell. It's only a server, you're not going to die if you don't get it in the next 12 hours. Can you not find something more useful to do for the next 48 hours?
@chrisp vacuum/firewall is active in GRA, just check previous posts. Some addresses got blocked to running a game server and just running ping/traceroute at the same time. You can renew your contract and pay 12 months in advance. Its still a cheap price 5.5 eur/month, so enjoy low prices while they last.

@chrisp it looks likely that it will, however I have no idea how they can now introduce this price increase and avoid having a huge PR disaster. Because no one follows their forum, no one knows about those plans, to everyone this will just look like a "bait and switch", offer a cheap server, then hike the price 1.5x the next payment term.

he says they offer a server cheaper than 5 Euro. Not cheaper than 3 Euro, even though 2.99 of course is. Perhaps the price increase plan is still in action, and soon this will be a 4.49 EUR server ("still cheaper than 5!"), not 2.99 EUR.
I pay already 3,99Euro so its not cheaper then 5Euros

Thanks, I'll just wait for the renewal. And yeah I don't feel well @Amfy with the whole situation. I really don't like OVH but with that offer they force me to buy a server although their support (and many things more) are crap
I hate it to not be strong enough to resist temptation..
