I assume Selly is providing the payment gateway at that price, while Fran's free Blesta doesn't include it. I don't know what it costs to sign up with Stripe, especially where you are. But at your low volume you can probably just do everything by email and paypal.
I am not sure in what and what place I did put buyvm / buyshared names. More than 50 public forum threads over the internet as recommendations or more. I will not regret which I'm feeling.
