where are the crazy storage offers, 12TB+ or something bigger
No, lel. Still in my account, still have IPMI access, still haven't paid the invoice half a year later :P
Free Range Cloud SELECTER OK?
(Less cryptically, does anyone have experience with Free Range Cloud? )
IonSwitch 4th of July Specials
We just completed a huge upgrade in our Seattle Datacenter with a Juniper MX, dual controller, truely HA powered edge, and a Cisco Nexus pure 10Gb core that all our hosts, colo, and dedicated servers are connected to with active/active 10GB redundant uplinks to our provider. Over 40Gb/s (aggregate) uplink to the internet, with 40Gb/s (aggregate) to each hypervisor. We have inhouse DDOS protection at both our provider level (100Gb/s) and Voxility (500Gb/s).
We run dual E5-2670 or better hosts our of Seattle, WA with dedicated resources (see our knowledge base for more details) and do not oversell. Our hosts average 3-5 load on 16 core+ servers.

@Fastmako where are the servers located?
I have called them home as well. Basically since Scott owes me a refund for defunct server for over a year now.
When things work they are great, but if they don't well ..... You get my point
Yes, for about 6 months now, have been exercising a micro VPS and an Egg in Fremont - good stuff.
What to expect: no frills Proxmox interface (maybe getting a little more polished as time goes on). Responsive support the few times I've had a question. Seems to be a small operation, with evident enthusiasm for making their IPv6 network hum. The real deal though - definitely not a summerhost.
EDIT2: good uptime - I use their systems daily, no complaints.
tl;dr: 2 thumbs up.
Any very cheap deals for idling purposes?
Can't find anything interesting - either I am good at self-controlling now, or I am just too poor
Also ... one might ask - where is their company located?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Are Mako sharks located around the US> @uptime said:
Nigeria
Alternatively the gulf of Mexico
Now if that was really a Chicken not an Egg it would have been even more interesting
Good thing I was preoccupied today...my $$$ went to Lowe’s instead. I likely would have spent a lot of $$ on more idlers. Both happy and sad I missed the $17.76 deal that I didn't need.
@Turboooo I think @FastMako are hosting on a worldstream server (Netherlands). Network is decent, but have yet to see much sign of life from any humans involved. Perhaps they were eaten by a shark in between offer threads.
which came first tho?
we need to go deeper.
The day is running out. It was easy to resist. Unfortunately, very easy ...
Although an Egg has the potassium to grow into a Chicken, it is not a Chicken.
and
Although a Chicken came from an Egg it is not and Egg
Chickens & Eggs =~ Apples & Oranges?
Any more for tonight?
Just to add to this, I'm slowly working on my own WHMCS integration module so interfacing is becoming more user-friendly as time goes on.
Whoops! Sorry 'bout that. Early morning typo's
Out of stock A bit late here I guess
@TheOnlyDK thanks. Corrected to reoccurring.
Last hour. Any worthy offers?
@hxxx whatcha looking for
