@imok re nested virt - you may be interested to know that the wishosting OpenNebula-based interface seems to allow treating any multi-core plan as a resource pool. Not exactly a "nested virt" scenario but could be another (possibly simpler) means to the same end
EDIT2: I suppose the need for additional IPs would still be a missing link. Maybe add IPv6 to the bucketlist as well. Ooof.
