Due to the reason that I am now within capability of responding here; first off: my apologies for reviving a 2 year old thread. As the primarily responsible person who built this venture (and failed with it), I would like to elaborate that even though the company ultimately failed, it was an unique learning experience.
The closure of Aulerion was abrupt, not well communicated and a result of aggressively expanding while ignoring OPEX. I concede having been negligent in my function of overseeing these factors as necessary.
Even though age is never an excuse, I was 15 when I built DevCapsule and 16-17 when I did Aulerion. I had goals, ambition and enthusiasm for my work and wanted to reach a lot. Sometimes, I admit, that claims like doing Terabits of traffic were (obviously) exaggerated and bragging, back then.
To get to the point of this message; I have no intention of returning to this community and absolutely also no intention of offering services directly to any members of this community. As someone who is capable of learning from mistakes and succeed in one way or another based on the gained experience, my intention is to make some things of the past that went horribly wrong, right again, where I can.
People who requested a refund on PayPal back then were granted a full refund, no questions asked. We have not denied any such requests. We also refunded people requesting it, where possible. People who have not received their money in return, can reach out to me now, with a proof of payment and will receive the whole amount back.
As Satoshi said: "there's more work to do".

Conscience, even though it will not undo things, I can attempt correcting things where possible. I would rather not have my name remembered with solely negative things. Also now, because my ban was lifted just recently.

DevCapsule nor Aulerion were a scam. Aulerion returned the money to everyone on request. If someone was left out, that people may reach out to me and I will compensate them. That was the whole point: my "learning experience" should not happen on someone else's costs.
It appears it was a mistake to post at all, my intention is not to stir up things and cause havoc. I assumed posting here instead of in a new thread is the better trade-off, seems I was wrong.

In all honesty - I was a customer of his, and the service was pretty awesome. I also had big hopes that Aulerion will grow, and was sad that it didn't.
With that said - i also got my refound, so I didn't lose any money, hence why I can't really say that it was a scam operation.
Scam or not, that's not my point.
