We had absolutely no stock for this special and we were hoping people deposited $50 for $10 on Cyber Monday since there'd be nothing to buy on Monday. To be fair, though, we were out of stock for most of this year due to high demand, and we haven't been able to get new nodes up in Europe for a while. Fortunately, we're finally getting more in the coming weeks.

We have fixed most errors by now, but it appears some customers are still facing some -- in these cases please make a ticket now.
If anyone does want some credit for their service being online later than expected, feel free to make a ticket, but please understand you'll be getting something like a few cents, depending on the price of your plan, so it may not be worth doing.
I would only ask you make the ticket for credits after today if you wish to be courteous.
