In kvm vps offers I can use the 100% cpu?, at least during installation of software. Because in your AUP appearing that not is possible to use 100% of cpu during 5min. As example only cpanel or directadmin take more of 1 hour during installation

The namecheap page refreshes the deals right in the page without a refresh, thats how I've gotten the codes I wanted
