PumpCloud nodes are down
It seems like their entire France infrastructure is down (2 dedicated servers?), i have 2 VPS with them on different KVM FR nodes (FRA1_KVM & FRA2_KVM), SolusVM says
"An error occurred processing your request. The host is currently unavailable. Please try again later"
after giving up connecting to the backend node.
My ticket is not being answered. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Did they forget to pay their OVH bill? lol
Shut 'er down, Clancy, she's pumping mud!
That provider's name though...
It seems your forgot GigsGigsCloud.
Wow, I had a really better opinion about that provider. My ticket has status 'Investigating' for 12 hours already and no information regarding downtime or ETA was provided.
@XIAOSpider97 maybe you know what's happening? Your support 'team' have successfully went to sleep leaving my tickets in 'Investigating' state.
I confirm the same for the location of Warsaw
You need pump money to it to stay cloud! LOL
Deadpool
same for the location warsaw. No reply from support...
Pump and dump 🤷♀️
All with the same provider ? It points to two likely causes...
From pumpcloud to shartmess.
Yet another pump & dump
Anyone Tried Their Telephone Support?
Their shit is down for a whole day, again. Excluding this hoster from my white list forever.
well, PumpCloud has been sold to another company on 1st Sept. Still got no information regards their "non-HK-zone". That's all I know
you bought services from a company called 'pump' cloud and you care they are down?
woah..
The brand "Pump Cloud" has been sold on Sep 1, 2018. Any actions after this date are not by my command since I am no longer affiliated with Pump Cloud and have quitted the industry.
Mods can remove my "Provider" tag anytime.
Man, who cares about name? It could be 'theshittiesthosterever' and still provide good quality hosting, like it was good while XIAOSpider97 was on the project, yes, zero downtime.
The above mentioned message explains everything including radical service quality changes.
It sound like they forgot to pay their bill or lost completely connectivity on their node and nothing to investigate for 12+ hours
"PUMP" cloud, as in PUMP & DUMP. haha.
R.I.P pumpcloud, they have not recovered until now, nor a single response. Thank you for the heads up @XIAOSpider97
请问pumpcloud现在的老板是谁?如何联系?
Translated: Who is the current owner of pumpcloud? How to contact?
@intersdp
Try checking on their website and using the 'Contact' link on the bottom of the page.
