  • seem like i'll to backup with another low ds or vm, backup speed slow cause 2 file limit cause i have millions small file, need to archive it first to maximize speed. or i'll be looking another cloud backup solutions.

    why not create single tar.gz first before uploading? It is much faster, than pushing millions of small files...

    If the tarball is a few GB, yeah, I’d do a daily tentacle-faves.20180720.tar.gz

    But if it’s a TB and only a small percent change daily, that doesn’t work so great.
